Manor Farm Development - Application Refused

Planning Application DA/2014/0382 was refused on 9th December.

Pictured  below are Bridle Lane and 'The Green' which would be considerably 'urbanized' by this proposal.

Reasons for the refusal are available on Daventry District Council's website (see Views and Comment  page for a link).

The strong efforts of Cold Ashby Parish Council  and a number of local residents should be recognised.

This is probably, of course, only our first hurdle as an appeal seems highly likely.
