Devastating Decision on Winwick Wind Farm

Added on 15 July 2012

Despite opposition from all neighbouring Parish Meetings, Parish Councils, the District Council and our M.P., planning permission has been granted for six huge  wind turbines (and all the associated paraphernalia) to be installed in the  unspoilt countryside around Winwick Warren.
What does a decision like this, made by an individual in Bristol, tell us about this government's commitment to 'Localism'?
Answers on the Guestbook/Message board please, while the Rambler calms himself to consider his full response!
