Council Honours Retiring Chairman

After serving our community as councillor for 23 years, Tony Wycherley has been granted Honorary Freedom of The Parish by his colleagues on Cold Ashby Parish Council 'in recognition of his long and eminent services to the Parish Council and to the people of the Parish'.
